Festival Duration & Opening Hours Duration : 25 August – 2 September 2007 Opening Hours : 9.00am – 10pm daily 9.00 am – 12 midnight ( 25/8, 29/8, 31/8, 1/9, 2/9) There are frequent local shuttle services that transport passengers from the KLIA Transit stop in Putrajaya to the show grounds. Bus services cover 2 areas, Intra-city and Suburban. (kindly log on to www.ppj.gov.my
for info on access to Putrajaya) Parking Facilities Ample parking bays are
available at walking distance from the Show Grounds. Group Drop-Off/ Pick-up Information for Tour Operators/ Coach Drivers The drop-off points will be
at the Main Entrance Arch (2 points) and a 10-minute waiting time limit
coach pick-up area is available at the car-park adjacent to the Floria Show
Gardens and the Ceremonial Stage. This area, clearly identified as a Tour
Bus Zone to drop off and pick up passengers will be manned by security
personnel. Visitors are advised to return for their pickup at this zone at a
pre-determined time. Coach drivers are not allowed to park their vehicles in
this area. Visitor Facilities Festival Ground Map Festival
ground map is available at the Information Kiosks set up around the
Festival grounds. This easy to use map provides
you with an easy guide to the various routes you may take to enjoy the
Festival. The map also features a list of all
exhibitors. All facilities (food & beverage, drink pits, first aid
centre, toilets etc.) are also marked on this map. Need to
find that special plant or track down a particular display? Make your
enquiry at the various strategically located
information booths. You will
find helpful directional signs at the Festival grounds which will enable
you to make your way through the garden with
ease. PUTRAJAYA FLORIA 2007 Meeting Point Lost? Meet
up with your party if you have been separated from your group at the
PUTRAJAYA FLORIA Meeting Point at
the Event Manager’s Office at the Organisers’ Village Public
telephones are available around the show grounds near the Millennium
Monument First Aid Services An adequate number of
first-aid staff will be available on-site throughout the opening hours of
the Festival. Seating Tired? You will find enough
places to sit throughout the Festival grounds, at the F&B zones and at
the PUTRAJAYA FLORIA Meeting
Point.
Food & Beverage Facilities There are two major F&B
areas and several smaller ones at PUTRAJAYA FLORIA. Only HALAL certified
caterers will be serving during the
Festival.
PUTRAJAYA FLORIA Organisers’ Village The PUTRAJAYA FLORIA Secretariat, Event Managers, Official Contractor, Security Offices, Media Centres, Volunteer Centre, Briefing Room and Plant Quarantine Office are located adjacent to the Main Indoor Pavilion.
Physically challenged visitors are entitled to free entrance to the Festival. All routes to the exhibits on the show grounds are accessible by wheelchair.
Separate male & female
public toilets are available at five locations on the Festival grounds.

signages. Prayer Facility The Putra Mosque is just a
5-minute drive from the show grounds. Putrajaya Information Centre Information regarding Putrajaya is also available on printed material which visitors can obtain from the Putrajaya Information Centre which is located near the parking area of The Prime Minister Department (Complex B) in Presint 1 or call 03-88887272. Operating hours:Monday-Saturday 8:30 am-6:30pm, Sunday and public holidays 8:30am-7.00pm.
